Since November of 2014 I have worked at Stadler Rail as a RAM and LCC Manager.<\/p>\n<p>I have pursued \u00a0a PhD in Operation and Maintenance Engineering at Lule\u00e5 University of Technology and Lule\u00e5 Railway Research Center (JVTC) within the area of railway vehicle maintenance. My main area of research is on condition monitoring and maintenance management of rolling stock wheels in heavy haul operations.<\/p>\n<p>I defended my thesis on the 3rd of February of 2014 and the title for my thesis is &#8220;<a title=\"Condition-based maintenance for effective and efficient rolling stock capacity assurance\" href=\"http:\/\/pure.ltu.se\/portal\/da\/publications\/conditionbased-maintenance-for-effective-and-efficient-rolling-stock-capacity-assurance(0d89821a-7d78-40de-9428-69ed3fb114ce).html\" target=\"_blank\">Condition-based maintenance for effective and efficient rolling stock capacity assurance<\/a>&#8220;.
